Physical Therapy

Ah, what a lovely thing. Rehabbing from an injury (dislocated right shoulder in my case). I have been out of work for over 2 months now and have yet another 6 weeks (minimum) until I can go back to regular duties.

I started PT this week. It does not appear to be that difficult, until you start the exercises and routines they ask. You forget the pain you had when you got the injury, until you have to start moving it more than your body wants to. Major OUCH!!

I hope to shorten my days on limited duty, but the doc knows best, I guess. Anyway, life will be fun with PT, school and work, I think. Hmmmmm.......

Sorry it hurts! Don't get anxious to get back to regular duty. Take it slow and get strong so you don't injure it again. That would be worse. This is your mother speaking. Really. :)
