Physical Therapy

Ah, what a lovely thing. Rehabbing from an injury (dislocated right shoulder in my case). I have been out of work for over 2 months now and have yet another 6 weeks (minimum) until I can go back to regular duties.

I started PT this week. It does not appear to be that difficult, until you start the exercises and routines they ask. You forget the pain you had when you got the injury, until you have to start moving it more than your body wants to. Major OUCH!!

I hope to shorten my days on limited duty, but the doc knows best, I guess. Anyway, life will be fun with PT, school and work, I think. Hmmmmm.......

Our nephew, Bailey, came to stay with us this past week. We took him to Silver Springs, Butterfly Rainforest, and Devil's Millhopper (giant sinkhole). He wanted EVERYTHING videoed, but I managed to take a few pics too. Here are just a few.
